We had a nice Easter this year. We had beautiful weather, and were able to get in a couple egg hunts, some hiking/biking, brunch, and even dressed up briefly to go see Ginny. The best part was I didn't have to cook. I think egg salad sandwiches are a perfect Easter dinner:)
