This is how Logan sleeps now. When I put him in bed, he points to his bookshelf and says "book, book, book." I bring him books one by one and eventually he is satisfied and says good night. Usually we hear some thunks a little while later as he tosses them out of his bed... but sometimes he just falls asleep on top of the pile.
This is exactly why we have soft "bedtime" books. Dominic can sleep on them or throw them out and I don't care either way. I usually find him in the morning sitting in his bed reading his book waiting for us.
